Mr. Billy Ray Watkins, age 58 of Ellijay, GA, died Thursday July 13, 2017.

Mr. Watkins is survived by his Wife; Cindy Watkins, Sons and Daughter-in law; Dr. Jeremiah & Heather Watkins of Atlanta and Josh Watkins of Ellijay, Mother; Jean Watkins of Ellijay, four Grandchildren; Morgan, Maggie, Elijah and Mollie, Brothers; Larry (Bozy) Watkins, Gary Watkins, Darrell Watkins and Kenneth Watkins all of Ellijay, Sister; Diane Pierce of Blue Ridge, Special Friend; David Alsobrook.

Funeral services will be held on Sunday July 16th at 2:00pm from the Mt. Vernon Baptist Church with Rev. Russell Hood, Rev. Billy Dotson, Rev. Shannon Mayfield and Rev. Gary Watkins officiating. Interment will follow in the Mt. Vernon Baptist Church Cemetery.

The family will receive friends on Saturday July 15th from 4:00pm until 8:00pm at the funeral home.
