Mattie Moss Sanford Morris: Obituary

Mrs. Mattie Moss Sanford Morris age 84 of Ellijay, GA died Wednesday July 25, 2018.

Mrs. Morris was born July 28, 1933 in Pickens County to the late William Arthur and Mary Manda Mullins Moss. She was a member of the Liberty Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by husbands, Luther Sanford and James Morris; grandson, Chad Sanford and several brothers and sisters.

Survivors Include: sons and daughter in-law, Rev. Emuel Sanford, Ricky and Faye Sanford, all of Ellijay, GA; daughters and son in-law, Angelena Sanford, Joy and Robert Russell, all of Ellijay, GA; 8 grandchildren; 14 great grandchildren; several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday July 28^th at 3pm from the Liberty Baptist Church with Rev. Jerry Banks, Rev. David Nicholson and Rev. John Reece officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends Friday July 27^th from 3pm until 9pm at the funeral home.
