GILMER COUNTY, Ga. – A police chase was underway this morning in Ellijay, Georgia with approximately 10 to 15 police vehicles in pursuit of a car traveling on Hwy. 515.

The individual was allegedly traveling at a high rate of speed going south in the north bound lanes on Hwy. 515.

The vehicle was driving recklessly as well, with other drivers on Hwy. 515 stating they narrowly missed being hit by the vehicle.
