Mr. Kenneth E. Schoen, Sr. age71 of Ellijay died Sunday September 18, 2011.

Mr. Schoen was born on October 6, 1939 in Chicago, FL. He is the son of the late John and Jesse Schoen. He worked as an electrician through the IBEW.

Survivors include: Daughter and son-in-law: Sheri and Steven Belcher, Cartersville; Sons: Kenneth E. Schoen, Jr., Ellijay, Edward J. Schoen, Ellijay, Robert S. Schoen, Dunwoody; 3 Grandchildren; 5 Great Grandchildren; Sister: Mary Grabowski, FL; Brother: Richard Schoen, FL

Graveside services will be held Saturday, September 24, 2011 at 11am from the Mt. Pleasant Top of the Mountain Baptist Church cemetery.

Family will receive friends Friday, September 23 from 4pm until 8pm at the Bernhardt Funeral Home.
