On January 14, 2015 the Gilmer Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for the The 1907 Restaurant & Bar located at 24 River Street, downtown Ellijay. Following the ribbon cutting, their grand opening hosted a large amount of guests to sample menu items. Owner, Wayne Sloop stated that The 1907 plans to source local ingredients for their menu items. We are excited to welcome this new restaurant to Gilmer County and downtown Ellijay.
