The Gilmer County Board of Commissioners officially signed their new bond agreement on June 8, 2015.While approving a motion to allow Attorney David Clark the authority to make changes to the agreement for correcting typos and such minor things, Chairman Paris signed the agreement with representatives James Pannell, of Gray Pannell & Woodward LLP., and Andrew Tritt, of Stifel – Merchant Capital Division.
