Citizen Randy Bell asks Gilmer Board of Commissioners for a receipt from Reece Golf concerning repairs to Whitepath Golf Course.According to Mr. Bell, Reece Golf received payment from the county for repairs to Whitepath Golf Course irrigation system by submitting a quote and not a receipt for the parts. Chairman J.C. Sanford asked Mr. Bell for a week to get a receipt or explanation from Mr. Reece.
