Mrs. Ida Mae Rogers Holloway, age 74 of Bowdon, Georgia, formerly of Ellijay, Georgia, passed from this life on Thursday, July 19th, 2012 from her residence.

She was a member of Bowdon Church of Christ. Mrs. Holloway was born on September 4th, 1937 to her late parents Harold & Mattie Bell Thurman Rogers in Ellijay, Georgia. She was employed as an Assistant Manager for Chick-Fil-A and had also worked as an inspector and product demonstrator for Panasonic.

Survivors include husband of 56 years, Clay Holloway of the home in Bowdon, Ga.; sons and daughters-in-law: Gregory Scott Holloway of Cumming, Ga., Gary and Debbie Holloway of Senoia, Ga., Christopher and Lea Holloway of Lithia Springs, Ga.; grandchildren: Adam Holloway, Kristi Mae Attaway, Jeremiah Holloway, Abagale Holloway, Avery Holloway, Kris Chandler, Jody Stephens; great-grandchildren: Brittney Thomas, Clayton Holloway, Avianna Attaway, Brayton Holloway: sisters and brothers-in-law: Geneva and Edward Holloway of Ellijay, Gladys and Fred Holloway of Ellijay, Linda and Merrell Vercher of Tunnel Hill.

Funeral Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Sunday, July 22nd, 2012 from the Logan Funeral Home Chapel with Minister Butch Jones officiating. Johnny and Shannon Bearden will lead singing. Graveside interment service will follow in the Macedonia Church of Christ Cemetery in Blue Ridge, Ga. Pallbearers will be: Adam Holloway, Avery Holloway, Jeremiah Holloway, Jeff, John and Jack Dotson, Mike Holloway, Roger Holloway, Steven Holloway and David Holloway.

Family will receive friends from 2 until 9 p.m. on Saturday, July 21st, 2012 at the Logan Funeral Home.
