This Week:

Master Gardeners Earth Cycle Bracelet Craft
Monday, July 8 @ 3PM
Join us as the Master Gardeners show us how to make earth cycle bracelets; this is a free program and all materials will be provided. Registration is required. For ages 6 and up; 9 and under must be accompanied by an adult

Native American Zipper Pull Craft
Tuesday, July 9 @ 10AM
Join us as we make beaded feather Native American zipper pulls; this is a free program and all materials will be provided. Registration is required. For ages 8 and up; 9 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Rainbow Hanger Craft
Tuesday, July 8 @ 2PM
Join us as we make beautiful rainbow hangers; this is a free program and all materials will be provided. Registration is required. For ages 10 and up.

Family Storytime
Wednesday, July 10 @ 10AM
Family Story Times are designed for families with children of all ages, accompanied by a participating adult.

Adult Lunch and Learn Knitting & Crocheting
Wednesdays @ 12PM – 1:30PM

Bring your brown bag lunch, needles and yarn to the Gilmer County Library. Lauren Cape and Lynda Decker will be your host and teacher. Already know how to knit, come for the fun! If you are unable to attend a meeting, come when you can, you don’t have to be at every class. If knitting, bring #8 needles and yarn of any color. If crocheting, bring G or H hooks and Peaches & Cream cotton yarn of any color.

Steampunk Wednesday: Leather Medallion Craft

This event is for teens ages 12-18 only. Make a Steampunk Leather Medallion. Registration is required

Buddy Beaver Water Safety Rules
Thursday, July 11 @ 3PM
Join us as we have some fun and learn about water safety. All ages are invited to attend; 9 and under must be accompanied by an adult.

Harry Potter Trivia & Craft
Friday, July 12 @ 2PM
A Harry Potter fiend, are you??? Read all the books, seen all the movies, and own all the appropriate regalia, do you??? Come by the library and test your trivia skills, and show us how much you really know. This event is for teens ages 12-18 only.

Lego Club
Saturday, July 13 @ 2PM
Join us for another installment of our legendary Lego Club. We want your creations and your cheesiest grins to post on our Facebook page for this month! This is a family event, all ages are welcome and encouraged to create.

The Bookshelf
Look through our collection to find just the right book. Don’t forget to look at the bargains on the Last Chance cart as well as the magazine rack.
Proceeds from sales of books and magazines stay here in Gilmer county.
