There were rescues and flooding all over Gilmer County this morning. Houses were knocked off of foundations and several people lost their belongings to the rushing waters.FetchYourNews.com was there this morning to get reports of a woman who was rescued from the rising water levels by boat. Watch the exclusive video below showing George and Sylvia Evans standing on their porch with waters all around. Earlier in the morning their neighbor had to be rescued by boat out of her home. Her house seen in the pictures with this story was washed off the foundation.
