Action on Resolution #13-055 – Resolution of the Board of Commissioners of Gilmer County to reimpose, levy, and collect a special sales and use tax within Gilmer County, conditioned upon approval by a majority of the qualified voters residing within Gilmer County voting in a referendum thereon to be held November 5, 2013; to authorize the execution of an intergovernmental contract between and among Gilmer County and the qualified municipalities in Gilmer county and for other purposes.
