Come by and spend a little while with Mrs. Judy, and hear a story that will take you to all kinds of exciting places. All ages are welcome. Those under nine with an adult please.

Adult Lunch and Learn Knitting & Crocheting

Bring your brown bag lunch, needles and yarn to the Gilmer County Library. Lauren Cape and Lynda Decker will be your host and teacher. Already know how to knit, come for the fun! If you are unable to attend a meeting, come when you can, you don’t have to be at every class. If knitting, bring #8 needles and yarn of any color. If crocheting, bring G or H hooks and Peaches & Cream cotton yarn of any color.

Leslie Thomas Presents: “The History of the Cherokee in North Georgia”

November is Native American Month. Come celebrate with us and hear Leslie Thomas from the Gilmer County Historical Society share her knowledge of the Cherokee Indian experience in North Georgia.
