Queen’s Legacy Born

Chase Queen was sworn into the District Attorney’s (DA’s) Office of Union County on Tuesday, June 2.Son of former DA Roger Queen, Chase Queen said he knew he wanted to be an attorney as he watched his father in court one day when he was younger.

He followed this path through his life as he attended University of Georgia and a 2010 internship with Gilmer County. From there Mr. Queen moved on to Georgia State and 2014 externship with Cobb County.

Now, Queen stands as an Assistant District Attorney of the Enotah Judicial Circuit under DA Jeffrey Langley. Now doubt this won’t be the last chapter of Queen’s story, though. Even at his ceremony, several people including DA Alison Sosebee joked about “stealing him back.”
