FYN has learned of a recent arrest made in Gilmer County in the further developing story of William Sautter, 76, in relation to Child Molestation.

You’ll recall Mr. Sautter was previously arrested on charges of Sexual Exploitation of Children and Tampering with Evidence as reported in our previous article. He was released on July 13th on the bond of $80,000 with Appalachian Bail Bonds according to Superior Court Clerk Glenda Sue Johnson.

After the stories of his arrest ran in several media outlets, GBI (Georgia Bureau of Investigation) Inspector Sherry Lang reports they received additional information alleging Sautter was also involved in Child Molestation.

Due to this new evidence, Sautter has been arrested again on the new charges and currently remains in custody at the Gilmer County Adult Detention Center who say there is no bond as of right now.
