Lunch & Learn Knitting
Wednesday, December 2 @ 12:00 PM
Bring your brown bag lunch, needles and yarn to the Gilmer County Library. Already know how to knit or crochet, come for the fun! If you are unable to attend a meeting, that’s ok. If knitting, bring #8 needles and yarn of any color. If crocheting, bring G or H hooks and cotton yarn of any color.

The Friends of the Library Bookshelf

The Bookshelf volunteers are continuing our annual tradition of wrapping gift books purchased from the shop and during the Festival of Trees.  All through the year we set aside especially beautiful or interesting books for Christmas gifts and you’ll find something special for every person on your list.

Don’t forget to pick up a stash of magazines for road trips, a true bargain at $.25 each.  Magazines are displayed on the rack outside the Bookshelf and in the non-fiction “back room” as well.

Bookshelf hours are from 10:30-5:00 on weekdays and from noon-2:00 on Saturdays.
