Shade Gardening with Native Plants
Thursday, April 7 @ 6:00 PM
Master Gardener, Debbie Rupp, will be giving tips and providing information on native plants that will grow in the shade. Many of us in the Gilmer County community live amongst towering trees and wooded areas which prevent us from gardening with typical greenhouse flowers and plants that require sun. Light refreshments will be available.
The Friends of the Library Bookshelf
Oldies but Goodies: come pick up missing titles from your reading collection of favorite authors like Baldacci, Johansen, Evanovich, Cussler, Child, Patterson, & Grisham. These are no-miss reads at bargain prices.
Remember that the library welcomes donations of gently read books and magazines. Those that the library doesn’t need come to the Bookshelf, with all the proceeds benefiting the library. Don’t forget to visit the “back room” of the Bookshelf for newly stocked non-fiction and magazines.
