Mr. George Edward Chadwick age 73, of Ellijay, died Friday January 13, 2017.

Mr. Chadwick was born in Ellijay to the late Alfonzo & Rosa Chadwick.

He is survived by his Daughter: Patricia Hernandez of Tifton, Sisters & Brother-in-law: Louise Rogers of Ellijay; Judy & Euel Southern of Ellijay, Grandchildren: Balbino Hernandez of Chicago, IL ; Daniel Hernandez of San Diego, CA; Keshia Hernandez of Thomasville, GA; Phillip Hernandez of Rockwell, NC and Sara Hernandez of Rockwell, NC, Special Friend: Johnny Cochran.

Funeral Services will be held Sunday January 15th at 3:00pm from The Bernhardt Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Russell Hood and Rev. Ricky Brown officiating. Interment will be in the River Hill Cemetery. The family will receive friends on Sunday January 15th from 9:00am until 3:00pm at the funeral home.
