Coding is Fun

This month we will discover how to program with DASH the Programmable Robot. Super Fun! Each meeting will build on the previous and work with new programmable devices. Join anytime! Ages 10-18.

Lunch & Learn Knitters
Wednesday, January 25 @ 12:00 PM
Bring your brown bag lunch, needles and yarn to the Gilmer County Library. Lauren Cape and Lynda Decker will be your host and teacher. Already know how to knit, come for the fun! It’s OK if can’t come to all the meetings. If knitting, bring #8 needles and yarn of any color. If crocheting, bring G or H hooks and Peaches & Cream cotton yarn of any color

The Friends of the Library Bookshelf

If you are missing a title from your James Patterson collection or have not read the exciting books by this author, you’ll find great reads in the Bookshelf this week at bargain prices. Come pick up a few for cold rainy or snowy day reading.
Remember that the library welcomes donations of gently read books and magazines. Those that the library does not need come to the Bookshelf, with all the proceeds benefiting the library. Do not forget to visit the “back room” of the Bookshelf for newly stocked non-fiction and magazines.

Bookshelf hours are from 10:30-5:00 on weekdays and from 12:00-2:00 on Saturdays
