All ages welcome. A special CBW Story Time is an excellent way to strengthen your children’s literacy skills, and all stories are always followed by a simple craft you can complete with your child.

Mystery in the Library

Complete puzzles and activities in order to solve the Mystery in the Library.

In a city of humanoid animals, a hustling theater impresario’s attempt to save his theater with a singing competition becomes grander than he anticipates even as its finalists’ find that their lives will never be the same. Refreshments provided.

Master Gardener Series – Rain Gardens

Rain gardens have been around for a very long time.  They have recently sparked interested amongst gardeners in urban as well as rural neighborhoods. Why? Join us so you can learn what rain gardens are, why they are important and how you can add this interesting garden spot to your landscape!

Homeschool Meet & Greet

Homeschool families are invited to connect with other families and to learn about some of the resources the library has to offer. This will be a great opportunity to share experiences and ideas and to give your input for upcoming homeschool programming. Any children attending must be supervised. No registration is required.

 

The Friends of the Library Bookshelf
Travel Bonus!  You can travel to amazing places for only $.50!  The Bookshelf has a great selection of travel books, all recent editions and in great condition.  Whether you’re interested in exotic or nearby destinations you’ll find something helpful.

Thinking of donating books to the library?  Do it now!  The newer the books, the more likely they are to be added to the library’s collection.  They will also be welcome at the Bookshelf and appreciated by our customers.

Bookshelf hours are from 10:30-5:00 on weekdays and from 12:00-2:00 on Saturdays
