a witness stated the shooter shot up in the air to try to stop s fight and the deceased shot back at the shooter at his feet. Then the shooter returned fire stricking the decease killing him. We need to learn guns are not the answer. Thats why many think they should be illegal.

Many studies by psychologists have revealed that “eye witness” testimony is the least credible evidence. Many people have witnessed the same event and their versions of the event contradicted each other. Moreover, memories change over time. What a person says a week after an event may be totally different than what the person says two years after the same event. That is why physical and impartial evidence is critical to solve a case.

Who is the killer? Why hasn’t his name been released?

No one has been charged with murder, manslaughter, etc. I would like to know more about the GBI investigation.
