Mr. Ivan G. Addington age 89 of Port Charlotte FL, died Sunday July 1, 2018.

Mr. Addington was born March 27, 1929 in Morganton, GA the son of the late Robert Lee and Olive Orton Addington. He served in the US Airforce, was retired from General Motors and was a member of the Wilscott Baptist Church.

Survivors include: children; Pam Spencer, Blue Ridge, Michael Addington, Port Charlotte, FL, mother of the children; Verba Jo Woody, Port Charlotte, FL, granddaughter; Shelby Spencer, friends; Robert Collier, Port Charlotte, FL, Tim Green and Jerry Smith, both of Ellijay.

Graveside services will be held Friday at 3:00pm from the Riverhill Baptist Church cemetery with Rev. Larry Stover officiating. Military rites by the North Georgia Honor Guard.
