Ellijay, GA- Both the Gilmer County High School men’s and women’s wrestling teams were crowned Area Duals champs this past weekend.

The Girl’s team traveled down to Hiram and won the first Women’s Area Duals Championship in program history, while the Boy’s team traveled to White County and brought home the hardware.

Gilmer will host the Girl’s State Prelims on January 13th @ 5:00 pm.

The Boy’s State Prelims will be on January 14th @ 10 am.
