Mrs. Mary M. Martin, age 84, of Talking Rock, died Sunday April 17,2016.

Mrs. Martin was born May 3,1931 in Pike County, KY the daughter of the late William and Maudie Ramey Salyer. She worked as a Dietician for North Georgia Medical Center and was a member of the Ellijay Church of Christ. Her parents and her husband William Harley Martin, JR preceded her in death.

Survivors include: daughter; Judith Parker, Talking Rock, sister; Nettie Sexton Blountville, TN, grandchildren and spouse, Carolee Arnold, Brady Bozeman, Justin and Deanna Parker, great-grandchildren, Alex Cannady, Bayli Bozeman, Avery Cannady, Katelyn Arnold several nieces and nephews also survive.

Funeral services will be held Wednesday at 2pm from the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Glenn Arnold officiating.
Interment will be in the Pleasant Valley Church cemetery.

The family will meet with friends Tuesday from 4 until 9pm at the funeral home.
