Mr. Jimmy Lee Florence, age 46 of Dalton, GA passed away on Tuesday morning, October 23^rd, 2018 at Erlanger Hospital in Chattanooga, TN.

Mr. Florence was born on March 21^st, 1972 in Douglasville, GA to his late parents, Jerry David Florence, Sr. and Hazel Lee Florence. Jimmy was of the Baptist faith and was employed at Imagine That Playhouse and More as a carpenter.

He is survived by his wife of 15 years, Sherry Nichols Florence of the home in Dalton, GA; daughters and son-in-law, Jennifer and Scott Roberts of Dalton, GA, Ann Marie Breor of Monroe, Ga, Jesse Hampton of Jasper, GA, Danielle and Joseph Reed of Dalton, GA; sons and daughter-in-law, Andrew and Lindsay Iler of Okatie, SC, Corey Dakota of Ellijay, GA; grandchildren, Lynnessa Marie Brewer, Avery, Briana, and Malory Iler, Ella and Emma Hampton, Lukas Reed, Kinnidy and Noah Breor; sisters and brother-in-law, Sandra and Will Foster of Douglasville, GA, Jan Florence of Douglasville, GA; brothers, Jerry Florence of Blairsville, GA, Herbert Alan Florence of Dalton, GA also survive.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00pm on Tuesday, October 30^th, 2018 from the Logan Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Jim Bradley officiating. Interment will follow in the Ellijay City Cemetery.

Family will receive friends from 4:00pm to 8:00pm on Monday, October 29th at the Logan Funeral Home.
