Betty J. Troglin

Mrs. Betty J. Troglin, age 84, of Ellijay, died Tuesday December 25,208.
Mrs. Troglin was born June 7, 1934 in Florida the daughter of the late Donald and Geneva Horne Hess. She worked for many years at Robertshaw and was of the Baptist Faith. Her parents and husband Henry “Shorty” Troglin, daughters, Jane Steward ,Denise Greer, Linda Parker,and Ilene Troglin preceded her in death.

Survivors include: son, Donald Steward, Marietta, daughters; April Eikleberry, Talking Rock, Nadine Ray, Calhoun, Debbie Hendrix, Ranger, grandchildren; Amber Goodwin, Danny Smith, Jr, Jason Smith, Wendell Rommel, Amanda Rommel, Jennifer Cranford, Harlan Parker, Jr, Brent Parker, Karen Pierce, Linda Parker, Whitney Parker, Heather Pearson, and Randall Hendrix. Several great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren also survive.

Funeral services will be held Friday at 1:00pm from the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home with Rev. Wallace Parks officiating. Interment will be in the Flat Creek Baptist Church cemetery.

The family will meet with friends Thursday from 4:00pm until 9:00pm at the funeral home.
