Gerald David Fowler

May 11, 1941 – February 20, 2019

Mr. Gerald David Fowler age 77 of Jasper, GA passed Wednesday February 20, 2019.

Mr. Fowler was born May 11, 1941 in Rome, GA to the late Lenard Fowler, Sr. and Tama Stover Fowler. He worked as an electrical engineer, was a US Army Veteran and a member of the Liberty Baptist Church. He is pre- deceased by parents Lenard & Tama Fowler, Sister Jeanette Stroupe and brother Lenard Fowler Jr.

Survivors Include: his wife, Judy McVey Fowler, of Jasper, GA; sons and daughters in-law, Kevin and Jennifer Fowler, of Kyle, TX, Michael and Carrie Fowler, of Jasper, GA; 10 Grandchildren.

Funeral Services will be held Sunday February 24th at 3pm from the Liberty Baptist Church with Rev. David Nicholson, Rev. Jerry Banks and Rev. John Reece officiating. Pallbearers will be Austen Fowler, Andrew Fowler, Hunter Fowler, Blayne Fowler, Sawyer Fowler, Colton Fowler and Steve Stroupe. Honorary pallbearers will be Wallace Tudor, Clay Fowler and the Deacons of Liberty Baptist Church.

Interment will follow in the church cemetery with Rev. Russell Hood and Military Rites by the North GA Honor Guard.

The family will receive friends Saturday February 23rd from 12 noon until 8pm at the funeral home.
