Larry “Black” Cantrell

Mr. Larry Joe “Black” Cantrell, age 67, of Ellijay, died Thursday, March 21, 2019.

Mr. Cantrell was born, November 6, 1951, in Detroit, MI, the son of Alene Cochran Cantrell and the late Wade Cantrell. He was a graduate of Gilmer High School and worked in the construction industry.

Survivors include: daughter; Kendra Cantrell Flinkinger, of VA, mother; Alene Cantrell, Ellijay, brother; Terry Cantrell, Ellijay, 1 grandchild.

Funeral services will be held Saturday at 4:00 pm from the chapel of Bernhardt Funeral Home. Interment will be in the Yukon cemetery.

The family will meet friends Saturday from 2:00 pm until 4:00 pm at the funeral home.

Bernhardt Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
