Michael Colwell

Mr. Michael Anthony Colwell age 56 of Ellijay, GA died Thursday March 7, 2019.

Mr. Colwell was born April 28, 1962 in Gilmer County to the late Robert and Bertha Green Colwell. He worked for Colwell Well Drilling Company and was of the Baptist faith.

Survivors include: wife, Norita Colwell, of the home; son, Ricky Beasley, of Ellijay; daughters, Bridgett Pierce and Ravenna Little, all of Ellijay; brothers, John Colwell, William Colwell and Jerry Bradley, all of Ellijay; sisters, Wanda Baker, of McDonough, Diane Colwell, Christy Stokes, Teresa Johnson, all of Ellijay; 7 grandchildren; several nieces and nephews.

Funeral Services will be held Saturday March 9th at 2pm from the Sunlight Baptist Church with Rev. Steve Kilbourn, Rev. Lonnie Wright and Rev. Emuel Sanford officiating. Interment will follow in the church cemetery.

The family will receive friends Friday March 8th from 5pm until 9pm at the funeral home.
