ELLIJAY, Ga. – The Probate Office of Gilmer County is adding one more item to November’s ballot in the form of a Post 1 Commissioner Election. This Special Election comes after the recent resignation of Dallas Miller.
The new election process will be abbreviated from the normal process as qualifying will go for three days next week, Monday, September 23, 2019, until noon on Wednesday, September 25, 2019. After that, the election will be held on November 5, 2019.
