In a special called meeting Monday, August 3, The Board of Education approved a rollback on its millage rate.

This was done in order to keep taxes from increasing or decreasing as the millage value had gone up. This issue will now have to be advertised for two weeks before the Board can finally adopt the change. They already have a planned meeting on August 20 to adopt this change.

Also in the meeting, the Board announced the Transportation Department will be operating out of the recently constructed Clear Creek Facility. They are setting up dry runs and are scheduled to be there as they begin the school year on August 5.
