Kenneth Brian Lucas

Mr. Kenneth Brian Lucas, age 63 of Ellijay, GA passed away on Saturday, May 11th, 2019 at the Emory- St. Joseph’s Hospital in Atlanta.

Mr. Lucas was born on December 1st, 1955 in Waukegan, Illinois to his late parents, Walter and JoAnn Lucas. Kenneth was of the Christian faith and retired after working as a diesel mechanic for many years.

Memorial Services will be held on Thursday, May 23rd from the New Vision Penecostal Church in Ellijay, GA. A second memorial service will be held on Saturday, June 1st at the Hawthorne Hollow Nature in Kenosha, WI.

He is survived by his wife, Lorrie J. Lucas of the home in Ellijay, GA; daughters and son-in-law, Jennifer & John Kavalauskas, and Katelynn Lucas all of WI; sons and daughters-in-law, Jonathan & Jennifer Cogdill of Woodstock, GA, Timothy & Kristy Cogdill of Ellijay, GA, and Christopher Cogdill of Ellijay, GA; grandchildren, Evan Kavalauskas, Marley Bailey, Avery Cogdill, Austil Cogdill, and Page Cogdill; siblings, Joelle Lucas of Wausau, WI, Stephanie Hanks of Ingleside, TX, Stacy McKinley of DeMorest, GA; Rich Lucas of WI. Several nieces and nephews also survive.
