Ms. Betty Lorena (Sluder) Vautrot, age 81 of the Boardtown community of Ellijay, GA passed on Tuesday July 23^rd, 2019 at her residence.

Ms. Vautrot was born on September 17^th, 1937 to her late parents, Learh Sumner and Walker Monroe Sluder. She was a 1955 graduate of Gilmer High School and was a member of the Salem Baptist Church.

Survivors include her children and in-laws; Chuck & Gail Vautrot of Ellijay, GA, Ronnie & Cynthia Vautrot of Ellijay, GA, Deborah West & Robert Collier of Tulsa, OK; grandchildren, Erin Howell, Amy & Shane Zapata, Jacob Vautrot, Jonathan Jones, Megan & BJ Clampitt, Camille & Chad Luther, and Amber West; 7 great-grandchildren; brothers and in-laws, Wayne & Shirley Sluder of Ellijay, GA, Johnny & Shirley Sluder of Ellijay, GA.

Funeral Services will be held on Saturday July 27^th at 3:00pm from the Logan Funeral Home Chapel with Rev. Bryan Hensley and Rev. Mafford McArthur officiating. Music and vocals will be by Rev. Pat Shelton and Donna and Lauren Mcvey. Interment will follow in the Salem Baptist Church Cemetery with Wayne Sluder, Josh Chancey, Michael Reed, Joey Reed, Monroe Parks, Jerry Parks, James Parks, Bobby Baleau, Kieth Parks, and John Sluder, Jr. all serving as pallbearers.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Salem Baptist Church c/o Gary Hyde at 156 North Jones Mill Road Ellijay, GA 30540 in memory of Ms. Vautrot.

The family will receive friends from 4pm until 8pm on Friday, July 26^th at the Logan Funeral Home.
