Mr. John Boyd Tucker, age 79 of Talking Rock, GA passed on Monday, July 22nd, 2019 at his residence.
Mr. Tucker was born on July 27th, 1939 in Opelika, Alabama to his late parents, Thomas and Ollie Tucker. John served his country honorably in the United States Navy during the Vietnam war era and worked as an electrician for most of his life. He is preceded in death by his wife, Janet Lou Tucker.
Survivors include his children; Sheri Tucker of Jasper,GA, Michael D. Tucker of Talking Rock, GA, Tracy A. Tucker of Canton, GA, David D. Tucker of Canton, GA; grandchildren, Johnathan, Nathan, and Shawn Giddeons, Kristina Kennedy, Tracy, Jada, Mason, Jesse, and Justin Tucker and Danielle Perez; 11 great-grandchildren; siblings, Shirley Tucker Rogers of Valley, AL and Winston Tucker of Opelika, AL.
