The Clear Creek Middle School Lady Bobcats softball team won the Mountain League Championship, with a 6-2 victory over Jasper Middle School. Clear Creek cleared all competition, losing only one time all year, to Pickens Middle School; a loss that was later avenged in the last regular season game of the year. The Lady Bobcats finished with a 9-1 regular season record, before winning the tournament.
